Old Kanjau Tented Safari Camp is located in the game rich Amboseli National Park, Kenya. This Kenya tented safari camp is also situated on Africa's larges hill slope, namely majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro's icy peak is 4.7km (2.9 miles) straight up.
The Amboseli National Park is known for its many Elephant herds but is home to a diverse range of African wildlife. Some of the game you might see include Zebra, Giraffe, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard and Hyena. The Amboseli National Park is also home to many different bird species including kingfishers, eagles and pelicans.
How to get there:
Air: There are several daily scheduled flights available to Amboseli. Alternatively you can arrive by private charter directly to Amboseli National Park in Kenya. Road: The drive by road from Nairobi will take about 4 hours while the drive from Namanga (Tanzania border) will take about 2 hours.
